Harley's loan spell with the Millers ended after the 3-0 win over Bradford, and Scott admitted that he would like to keep the 32 year old in his squad.
“Financially, we’re nowhere near the deal he’s got there but we’re keeping a close eye on things,” Scott told the Star.
“If he isn’t let go then there becomes the possibility of a loan again but we’re fluid over the situation".
Meanwhile Scott also is keepig tabs on Sam Wood who's loan deal also ended on Monday, with a permanant deal in Scotts mind for the 25 year old midfielder.
“Brentford are looking to let him go and we’ll see if we can agree something with the lad,” Scott added.
