Michael Raynes and Ryan Cresswell both got smashed in the nose with Raynes later learning of a break after the final whistle.
Boss Scott was full of praise for his defenders and waits on the fitness of Raynes ahead of tomorrow's game at Crewe.
“He broke it in the first half but wasn't aware and just got on with it as did Ryan Cresswell who got smashed on the nose and there was blood all over the place,” said Scott afterwards.
“But they’re centre halves and you expect that they carry on so I’m happy for them and I quite like that," he chuckled.
Troy Brown will come in if Raynes is out depending on how bad the break is, whilst Scott may make other tactical changes despite the 4-1 win and Gareth Evans scoring twice on his first start for the club.
Crewe lost 2-1 to Gillingham on Saturrday and remain pointless.
