The Millers recently turned down a £300k offer from Preston for the 24 year old winger, but their intrest in the player hasnt been quelled, and today theres rumours that their intrest has hightend.

A statement on the club official site said that although current Chairman Ken Booth will 'safeguard' the clubs future it may be necessary to let 'one or two players to leave the club to lighten the financial burden'

Millers fans have put 2 and 2 together and have more than likely got 4 when assuming that Sedgy is on his way out of Millmoor.

Radio Sheffield reports that Sedgy does'nt want to leave the club and has just signed a new 3 year contract with us, and lets be right if we're losing £80k a month then is approx £300k really worth losing one of our best players for??

However later in the afternoon the Official site stated that Sedgy will be playing for the Millers in this weekends game at Watford. Wether or not hes here the weekend after is not looking good!!

One regular MillersMad user told the messageboard that he has spoken to Cheif Exec Phil Henson and it's looking like Sedgy will go next week as "We have to get some money in from somewhere before the end of the season" he was told.
He was also told that Ken Booth had been subjected to some physical violence towards him at the last home game.

There is a RUST fans forum this coming Monday night at the Carlton Park Hotel. Neil Freeman has indictated that he will be coming along and taking part.

The possibilty of a Fans-takeover will be talked about, along with other things.
