"I have said before that I am an impatient person by nature but I have to have to accept that these things do take time.
"All the relevant parties are being extremely pro-active behind the scenes and what I can absolutely confidently say right now is that things are really starting to take shape with every part of the process," admitted Stewart.
"The Leader of the Council, the Chief Planner and I are speaking almost daily and we are getting very close to where we want to be, but only when we are there, we will be able to reveal the precise detail."
