Despite this weekends game with Bournemouth looking bleak, Stewart had nothing but kind words for the people working hard up at Don Valley.
"It is a frustrating time for everyone at the club. We had some good crowds expected for the Christmas games and our hospitality packages had sold out, but we are in the grip of some severe weather conditions which has affected not just this club, but the country as a whole", said Stewart.
""I want to ensure supporters that we as a club and our staff are doing everything in our power to try and beat these arctic conditions," he added as he spoke to the o/s.
"Despite our inactivity on the field the positive news is that we are still in the automatic promotion places and still on course to achieve our goal of promotion come the end of the season."
