Last weeks advertiser ran a front page story questioning Worthington and Millington, while also making comments regarding thier past (which I'm not going to put on here). But in the main it was wondered if the pair would pass the test which includes "They must not have an unspent conviction relating to fraud or dishonesty; not be disqualifed from acting as a director of a UK Registered company or be currently subject to a bankruptcy order."

The pair were taking legal advice regarding the Advertiser story, and asked Hallam FM to run a couple of polls asking fans if they wanted EM to takeover and if the still wanted Ronnie as manager.
The polls went in the favour of EM taking over (63%) and Ronnie to stay with a resounding 82%.
Due Dilligence was exepcted to be completed this week and E-Day is supposed to be Monday coming, but with rumours of delays this could well be pushed back.
MillersMad will bring you the latest as usual.
