"Our gameplan was obviously to stop them scoring, as you could see with the amount of defending we did, but at the same time they're 4th in the league and we're away from home so it was what we had to do, it was dissappointing to concede 2 but we felt proud because we did well."
"'I wasn't surprised when we went in front because I thought we'd done really well in the first half and kept our shape well. For the goal it was a good ball from Wardy and Carlton should have scored but Tom should have scored again, We know if we get the ball out wide Tom Adeyemi is always running in the box. I thought we defended well and deserved to go in one-nil up."
"Reading are a passing team so it was always going to mean a lot of running for us defending but I thought we did it really well. I think we just switched off a bit in the second half and it kills us. Little mistakes cost us 2 goals."
"We need to keep focus for the full game, we cant afford to have little lapses of concentration."
"I thought our tactics were spot-on today and we took everything on board that we'd done in training and what the Gaffer wanted us to do. We worked hard throughout the game but those little bits of switching off cost us."
"We know we're relegated but it doesnt feel as if the lads have just got over it and taking games for granted. Everyone is working hard. We all want to do well for themselves, the club and the Manager for next year."
"We've let everyone down this season. All the fans still travelling to the games it would be disgusting if we just didn't work hard and try and put on a performance for them." Taylor added.
