"Darlington defended deeply and well, but with all the stoppages and subs etc, it was just lacklustre really and taking thier time to get on the ball paid for them."
Alex spoke about the lack of chances the Millers made, "The first half we made a couple, second half the same agaon but not a lot like we have been doing for the last few weeks up here."
"Their goal was a scrappy goal, he's got a toe poke and its just gone in, it's one of those days really. Some days it does'nt and some days its does."
Alex then looked forward to Saturday's game against high flying Wycombe, who have yet to be beat in the league.
"They're a good passing team and play well, fingers crossed we can bounce back from tonights defeat and get a result against them on Saturday. I'm more than confident we can bounce back, we're a good side and have some good players here.." he added.
