Davd Ball scored the winner 3 minutes from time as the Millers came from a goal down to beat Blackpool 2-1 at Bloomfield Road.
“I was pretty excited to be honest. It’s been a while since we tasted victory. It felt like a promotion in the dressing room, There were a lot of things I didn’t like at half time. We shook it up. I’m glad the lads have stopped the points rot. It’s a good day at the office for us.” Warne said.
“We had to change it at half-time. I made some changes and played a different way and we were more on the front foot, We worked on a 3-5-2 all week but unfortunately Frecks dropped out last night and it didn’t work aswell as it had in training."
“We were desperate not to concede and as bad as we were going forward, defensively we looked all right."
“I came in at half-time and realised we needed to change. I thought Jerry and Fordey had massive impacts. We had a lot more legs behind us and it allowed us to get behind them a lot more."
“Bally got his two goals and his work rate was unbelievable. I’m really proud. He’s the best footballer we have at the club. I’m really pleased for him."
