"We still need a lot of money and its a long fix but its about growing the business and I believe it can be done.
"I want Rotherham United to be self-financing in four years and I believe it can be done in less.
"If s about drive and ambition and having the right structure in place. You can be given £15 million but if you don't know what you're doing then you can run out of money, and that's what's happened in the past.
"Before, the gap between the club's needs and what was coming in was £1.2 million. We must get to a point where income equals expenditure.
"I have been in business for 33 years. I've learned a lot and I still have a lot to learn but I believe we can move Rotherham United forward.
"We are already getting big businesses to put their hands in their pockets who haven't done so before.
"We are ambitious. We will not sell the team," he said. "A winning team generates more support and more revenue and there's a real skip in our step at at the moment. We have to make sure we maximise the potential of the team we've got and we won't lose sight of that."
