Mark Robins questioned his players, and despite the financial problems the club currently have he insists the players should still be giving their all.
"We didn't have the same desire and commitment to win that Bury did and that is a very sad indictment on the situation at the moment. My players looked like they were feeling sorry for themselves but there's absolutely no room for that. It's a difficult situation but we have to get on and play."
"They got a rocket up the backside afterwards and if that doesn't do it then I'm afraid they're in the wrong jobs. They're employed and they've got to perform."
"I got most of these players in and it needs a lot of looking at. It's time for people to start looking at themselves in the mirror and asking if they really want to be playing and trying to be successful. I can't put my finger on it, because we do everything we can do to give them every chance to play,"
"Yes, the bucks stops at me. I've got to get better performances out of the players but at Bury they played like they really don't care. I know that's not true but that's what it looked like and it has got to stop. We lacked application, we lacked fight and we lacked enthusiasm. We weren't up for it." he added
"We controlled the first 15 minutes but yet again, one mistake and the ball was in the back of our net. We looked tentative and hesitant as soon as we conceded we looked nervous and it spread through the rest of the team like a plague.
"It's a big worry and a big concern and it's just not good enough at all. We are in danger of throwing a great half-a-season away." he warned
