"In my opinion it was never a sending off, said Robins. "There was minimal contact made and I thought they were trying it on with the referee all game. They tried to unsettle us throughout the match and after every tackle the bench were on their feet and the referee has bought it and sent Danny off. I haven't seen a replay of the tackle yet but there looked to be nothing to it."
Robins went on to say:
"We started the game slowly but we came back into it and we were only behind by one goal at the interval and at 1-0 you always have a chance. In the second half we had some chances and Drewe hit the crossbar but we didn't look to have any authority when in front of goal. We have another game around the corner and we will look to bounce back straight away with the match on Tuesday night."
The Millers go into Tuesday's FA Cup replay at Don Valley with Aldershot facing suspension and injury problems, after Reuben Reid picked up another booking and 'keeper Andy Warrington took a knock late in the game: "Andy picked up a knock and we don't know whether he will be available for Tuesday. It was an injury to his shoulder and it has swollen up so we need to monitor the situation, said Robins. "Reuben Reid picked up his fifth booking so he will missing so we will have to make a change for the next game."
