Daley signed for the Millers ahead of his debut at Oxford last Saturday, and netted oin his first full start in midweek.
Having left Preston in 2004, Daley arrived back in the UK in 2007 and has been at Valley Parade since. He told todays Tiser: "I played in the Championship at Preston and Reading when I was young but I didn't really understand the English game then, it's all about tracking back and so on.
"I'm ready now to make a step up and hopefully I can make it with Rotherham because this is a big opportunity for me and a good move. I was playing week-in and week-out at Bradford but football is a crazy game. I'm here now and you can't explain everything.
"I think there's a very good team here with players who are good on the ball. Even on Saturday when we lost, I could see the team spirit was strong. No-one really dropped their heads and that's a good feeling for me as an outsider coming in.
"Would I like to stay beyond the end of the season? It's too early to say. If the gaffer likes me and the deal is right then who knows? I've got pace and I can pop up with a goal and an assist and I'm a good team player."
Boss Ronnie Moore added: "He is always a threat. He'll frustrate you at times, like all wingers do, but he's direct and he'll create chances for people. He scored the other night and was unlucky not to get another and I think there's plenty more goals to come from him.
"Whether he stays with us is down to him. He's got a lot of games to show us what he can do and it's a chance for us to have a look at him and him to have a look at us.
"If he carries on the way he has in the last two games then obviously you have to be looking at keeping him because he's got that pace that people are frightened to death of."
