Defender Phil Gilchrist's disclocated shoulder may not need surgery as was first thought it emerged today, meaning the defender could be back sooner rather than later.
Harford told Radio Sheffield, "We're not sure what the prognosis is about Phil, but I think the signs are positive that maybe he won't require surgery, he's gone to see someone today and we'll have a report back from Gilly, but the prognosis on that is quite good and hopefully he wont need surgery."
Williamson missed the midweek game at Hartlepool and has been admitted to hospital with breathing trouble however he has now been discharged but will need surgery on his nose to remove loose cartlidge.
