"I must offer my sincere thanks to each and every one that was at Don Valley Stadium today. The atmosphere was tremendous and it was a good day for us. The players, yet again, showed us what great character and endeavour they all have."
Tony added: "I thought today epitomised what this football club is all about. We are under no illusions, there is a long way to go and there is a lot to do but be assured that we will all keep working relentlessly, week in week out, and look to continue and improve in every area of this club.
"There is a team spirit that is running throughout Rotherham United - players, staff and supporters are locked together as a unit and I cannot tell you how proud I am to see it."
