Rowe and Walker both join League 2 Wycombe Wanderers on short term deals.
Rowe spent time there on loan at the end of last season as the Chairboys left it until the last day of the season to secure thier league status.
Wycombe boss Gareth Ainsworth spoke highly of him; "Danny really impressed us last season, he may have been a bit of an unknown quantity when he joined but by the time he left, he was attracting attention from a lot of people."
"He's got a lot of talent, he can play in a multitude of positions and that will be important for us this season with a smaller squad." he added
Both players will be able to play in the League Cup and Johnstons Paint Trophy for Wycombe.
Meanwhile Mitch Rose has joined boss Steve Evans former club Crawley Town on a three month loan.
After spending most of last season on the sidelines through injury, he is now fully fit and moves to the Red Devils with gametime on the agenda.
