Holdsworth's side moved above the Millers in League Two in midweek and after their recent cup tie with big guns Manchester United, they've put together back to back victories over Crewe and Burton.
Holdsworth says his side are in for a tough game despite no win in ten for the Millers, as he spoke to BBC Radio Surrey.
"The players know what I want for them. Every club is searching for consistency and the ones who will remain consistent will be at the top of the table.
"Rotherham are very good going forward. They've been leaking goals at the back but I know it's going to be a tough game for us. They've got players that can hurt us and a good work ethic but when we're being hustled we keep a calm head. We'll go there with a plan."
The Shots have League Two player of the month Danny Hylton in their line up and will pose their own danger to Rotherham's defence.
Guy Branston is expected to return to the Millers back line after injury to Michael Raynes.
