Talking to Radio Sheffield, Warne said; "My two physio's are going and a few of the players will go, But it's always the same at the end of the season. People come and people go all the time."
When he was asked about striker Danny Ward, who missed yesterdays game, Warne said; "He's not one hundred per cent fit so you aren't going to risk him in the last game of the season. If we were playing again next Saturday he'd probably be fine."
"It would have been fitting for him if he'd played and scored today if it is the end of his career here especially with the effort he's put in and playing with a broken arm. People were saying if we don't sell him in January then he'll down tools but I don't think anyone can say that's been the case. He's been brilliant for me and a great captain when Frecks has been out. I feel for him that he's hasn't played today because he would have like to."
"I think there are a few players in this club who have proven they can play in the Championship but we aren't a selling club and if anyone comes in with an offer that is unacceptable then we won't sell and Wardy will start next season with us."
"But, knowing how hard it is to get strikers and how expensive it is to get strikers I would expect Wardy to go." Warne added
