"We're bottom of the league, we're conceding a lot of goals and something has to give. As a team we need to be strong and get it right. It's so frustrating at the moment." Wood told Radio Sheffield
"Derby are a good side who played very well but we gave them their goals. As a team we can't find a defensive set-up to stop conceding goals. I'm giving it my all and the lads are as well. I'm trying to get us going and motivate us but individually we've got to do that ourselves. When we went two down you could see heads drop but at half-time we said you can't give in, you've got to keep going."
"On paper the next few games look a bit easier and we're looking at picking up a few points. The Manager has been very good with us so far, been very direct with us. He wants us organised and there's going to be a lot of hard work on the training ground."
However, Wood say's the fat lady isnt singing yet; "At the moment it's not a good position to be in but we have time on our side. There's plenty of games to go and if we can put a run together you never know but there is a lot of work to be done."
