After the turmoil suffered by the club in recent times, Steve Evans feels the tables are now starting to turn due to the hard work of everyone connected with the Millers.
He told the Advertiser: "I have heard some people say that the new stadium is too good for Rotherham. It's not. This club has had some difficult days and the fans have seen the likes of Hull, Barnsley, Sheffield Wednesday and Chesterfield have success at different times.
"It's time to put the green monster eyes away though and have some success ourselves. The players have to be 100 per cent because we need to at least be in the play-offs at the end of next season.
“That applies to everyone connected with the club, right from the chairman, to the supporters down to the tea ladies. It’s massively important that we all pull in the same direction because people are going to throw bombs at us and if we’re all working together then we’ll deal with that.”
