Talking to the 'Tiser, Scott said “There's been a lot of overriding factors, We've had suspensions, injuries, loan players going back, players coming in, lack of form."
“Should you persevere with a back four that's not doing their jobs? The fact of the matter is that we haven't found the right solution and just because you change the side doesn't mean that you are not going to get it right, because we will."
“It's all about consistency in the whole team and that is something that has got to come because the sides at the top have stable line-ups and that's due to players playing well enough to keep their place and because they haven't had any suspensions or injuries. We've had all those things.” he added
