Speaking to the Advertiser, the 25 year old defender said; “Football isn't always about good times. There's bad times also. It's important not to get too high when you're winning and when you're losing not to think you're the worst team in the world"

“We've got some players with a lot of talent and as down as we are, we have realise that we're a good side, as we showed in the cup match against Sheffield United.“It's maybe a bit disappointing that we managed to get ourselves up for that but in the first half on Saturday we weren't to be seen."

“We're disappointed and we've got to use that to go again and kick on. It's roll-your-sleeves-up time. These next three matches are three big tests of character but they are probably what we need right now. It's a difficult time for the team at the minute and I'm confident we will come out the other side.”

Mullins looked back at the defeat to Burton and admitted: “The first half was very disappointing, we didn't do what we'd been told to do. We weren't at it as a team and there was no urgency and bite. “In the second half there was and we had a lot of pressure but just couldn't get that goal. If we had got one then I think we'd have gone on to get a couple but it was another disappointing loss and a disappointing defensive performance."

“I can't remember too many clear-cut chances that they had but they scored and we didn't and it's not good enough. It's got to change and it's got to change quickly.”
