With the Millers not having had a game since the win at Bradford on December 12th, keeping fit is essential.
Jamie spoke to the Millers Official Site saying: "It's been really hard with the snow, so we've had to train on astro-turf and make the most of what we've got.
"Luckily, the facilities here at Rotherham United are really good so we just have to keep working hard and do what we can."
Much of the training has to be carried out on Astroturf, bringing its own problems with Jamie adding: "There's definitely a bigger risk of injury, some lads struggle with turning, and the movements, but we just have to be sensible.
"For myself it's not too bad, although being a goalkeeper it's not ideal having to dive because your body is pounding against it all the time, but we just keep working hard and stay sensible."
