Millers director Dino Maccio today told Radio Sheffield: "Unless someone comes in with a big offer, he's going nowhere. "I think he's happy here and is pleased with the signings we've made this summer, and we will be more than happy to keep him.
"In today's market he's worth somewhere between £350,000 and £500,000, and so far no-one has met our asking price."
The club are believed to be opening talks with the machine over a new contract this evening.
