Spilby left for Southend United to take up a similar position, now Noble hopes to continue the good work done by Dale throughout schools in the local area.
He told themillers.co.uk; "My vision for the trust is to drive up standards of coaching and work with more schools throughout Rotherham. My predecessor Dale did a fantastic job establishing and expanding the trust. I want to take on this exciting opportunity to lead the trust into the new stadium, with the support of Chairman Tony Stewart, and a manager dedicated to succeeding as the team climb the division. Up the Millers!"
Chief Operating Officer Paul Douglas added: "In his short time here Jamie has shown tremendous enthusiasm and energy and we are all looking forward to working with and supporting him in his new role. We are confident he will continue and develop our award winning community efforts in Rotherham."
