Millers face Wickersley in charity game

MillersMAD are pleased to promote another event which will raise money for Rotherham Hospice, as Ashes fever sweeps the country.

The Millers first team squad take to the cricket field at Northfield Lane this Sunday 12th July to take on Wickersley, with appearances from the likes of Steve Brogan and Reuben Reid (we presume!), once on the county books of Gloucestershire. The game starts at 2pm.

This is the second such event we are keen to push to the public eye following our coverage last week of Danny Leeming's charity game which featured a John Breckin XI against Upper Haugh XI. The money raised for the Hospice currently stands at well over £4,000.

Fans and families are invited to come along to give their support and have an enjoyable day out.
