Prediction League: Gameweek 12 Results

A relatively poor turn out this week with 15 posters taking a holiday and even 3 of the top 10 having it off! Gangster took advantage of this fact to claim top ‘Don’ spot with 22 points and lift themselves 10 places in the league. Honourable mentions also go to Brinnieboy with 19 points and tony260674 with 18 points and unlike the Premiership, the prediction league is still wide open with about one third of the season gone and at least 40 ‘teams’ still in with a shout.

Goal scorer points were hard to come by this week with only Alexander (Orient) and Mido (Spurs) finding the net and with many predictors losing their shirt on Defoe (Spurs). Along with half of North London, all 35 predictors this week were in shock at Arsenal’s loss at West Brom. With a measly 4 points, gazisamiller chalks up the accolade of Week 12 donkey.

(Apologies to the new posters who have popped in to the league the last few weeks and aren’t appearing on the table. At this stage in the season, for the sake of saving my time, and due to the fact that there is little chance of you catching up I am not adding anyone else. However, watch this space as in two weeks time the PL FA Cup will begin and I will be inviting ‘non-league’ posters to battle it out with the ‘big’ boys)
