In a surprising move this week and without cheating, CAMiller is top scorer with 22 points and reduces the gap between himself and mmdom to a marginal 61 points with about half of the season to go. Once again many of the top dogs were restricted to single figure scores and they are starting to leave the door ajar for the chasing pack with chrisrufc and gazisamiller’s weekly haul of 19 and 17 points deserving of a mention. Of the posters who turned up, themiller managed only as many points as there are turtledoves in the Days of Christmas whilst a pair of the MillersMad moderators failed to show fuelling rumours that they may have taken a Christmas break together!
On the goal scoring front, posters came up with more variety than a tin of Quality Street and although many were disappointed by Owen (Newcastle) and Sharpe (Scunthorpe), Winjhard, Parkin (Macclefield) and Roberts (Wigan) bagged a brace and along with Ashton (Norwich), Camara (Wigan), Sibierski (Man. City), Gerrard (Liverpool) and Roberts (Acc. Stanley) they all delivered festive gifts for their respective posters.
