"It's a win, that's all that matters at this stage of the season", said Scott after Lewis Grabban's penalty won the points.
"We could have been a lot more comfortable during the last two or three minutes of the game, we made it a bit hairy and scary for ourselves. Game management in the last five minutes wasn't good, but they didn't really threaten our goal throughout the whole game.
"Gareth Evans has come on at half time as I felt we needed that bit of pace injected into us and he made a bit of a difference. He won the penalty and we've really missed him.
"We defended very well throughout the whole game, we had numerous opportunities to seal it and didn't take it so you're heart is in you're mouth for the last few minutes."
