The gaffer gave his reaction after reflecting on the match DVD on Sunday morning to themillers.co.uk.
"I do not think we have played against a more physical team this season than we did yesterday but my players stood up to that challenge and in turn played some outstanding football, it really was a joy to watch at times.
"We had a number of top class individual performances and we will need that again in the remaining matches we have to play. For me, Alex Revell was unplayable at times yesterday and when you have that presence leading your attacking line-up it really does allow the others a better chance of dominating the match which of course we did.
"The match DVD shows we dominated the match and yes it should have been much more comfortable but as I said previously it is all about results at this stage of the season. League Two demonstrated again yesterday that it is very difficult to win matches and any team can beat any other on any given date."
