"Apart from the first 25 mintues we were the better team and dominated the game, the second half was a bit bitty, but as we've done all pre-season we've conceded a silly goal."

When asked about the goal Mick said, "It's difficult to see what happened, I will habe a look on the tape but in fiarness to Monty at 1-0 he kept us in the game because it should have been 2-0. I'm not here to have a go at anyone."

"I thought we played well today and theres another 45 games to go and if we carry on with that kind of that performance then we'll be ok. To concede another late goal its another kick in the teeth.. It's not the start we wanted, let's put it that way."

"We started the game poorly, we talked about that at half time. We were'nt really out fo the blocks in the first half. We had 5 players making their debuts and some very good performances and we got the fans off their seats just before half time, played some decent football and had chance after chance."
