Speaking to Millers Player after the game manager Ronnie Moore gave his thoughts:
"I thought the first half we played really well, the second half we were hanging on a little when they launched everything.
"We had some luck, when Fleetwood broke after we messed up, normally he would stick that in the back of the net, but overall we just about edged it."
The Millers had Andy Warrington to thank for keeping them in front on more that one occasion.
"Andy's made one or two saves, especially late on when he made one with his legs, but thats what he's there for. He made a great save just after half time, when the lad ran inside Cresswell after they had obviously had a kick up the backside at half time.
"We are going to get day's when we play really well and don't get the win, then like today when we are a bit of a mixture and get the points."
Paul Warne came into the starting eleven after Tom Elliott had picked up an injury in the week, and Ronnie was asked for his thoughts on his performance:
"It was a good goal quick thinking, quick throw in and he's got his head on it, he gives you everything he's 37 but you'd never think so, he's been everywhere today, he chases everything, he ran out of steam a bit towards the end, so we put Marshall on to try and give us a bit more pace and penetration, but we couldn't get hold of the ball."
With the number of goals scored recently, and the transfer deadline coming up on Tuesday Moore was asked if he was still looking for another striker:
"You can't have to many strikers, we have had good news on Pope and Taylor, they will be back in a fortnight, but if we can still do our Ian I'd like to do it, we have offered £30k and they want £50k, we aren't going to budge on that, he has not played today after picking up a little injury, and the deadline is Tuesday, we will have to wait and see. He (Ani) will probably play on Monday (in the reserves) so we can have a look at him."
