Speaking to BBC Radio Sheffield after yesterdays game Mick said, "I'm obviously dissapointed to lose 2-0 here, it was a bit of a scrappy game. We kept banging at the door but we did'nt really cause them problems in the final third. We had the lions share of the possesion but we never really created anything today."

"In terms of the football I thought we dominated teh game more or less, but we never looked like scoring today and we did'nt look like conceeding in all honestly."

"The boy Commons is a talent, and if you give him time on the ball he will punish you, honestly I sat there and thought this is going to be a nil-nil. But we conceded that goal and the last one was a fluke, and the 2-0 doesnt look a good scoreline."

"I dont think we were outfought today, I just thought we lacked the major cutting edge. I'm not blaming anyone but the set peices were'nt good, the delivery into the box was'nt good and the strikers realy never hurt the team today, so in terms it was a poor team performance."

"The players have been great, I'm not saying they were poor today, i thought some of the build up play was good, and at half time i said to them if they can get the ball into our strikers they could win it for us. But to be fair to the Forest back four they played well today and marshalled everything we threw at them. What we threw at them was'nt great but they dealt with it."

"Theres a long way to go, we've only played nine games. I know people are saying we're doing this and that, but theres a long way to go. We could have come away with something and it wouldnt have been a travesty. But we've conceded 2 late goals and goals win matches."

"I'm sat here dissapointed as I thought the game was going to end nil-nil, the corwd had turned on them and started giving them stick. It was a mistake where Commons should have been picked up and was'nt."

"Lee Williamson has a bang on the nose, he'll have it checked out as there might be a fracture there, but he'll come through cos hes a tought one."

Mick ended on with his thoughts on the LDV Vans Trophy draw against Accrington Stanley. "There's no easy games but I think it will be an intresting tie, a team from the conference and they'll fetch a few supporters, so its another game and we'll approach the game just the same."
