The Millers bounced back from the midweek disappointment of defeat to Darlington with a win, and Moore was pleased as punch talking to the media afterwards.
"It was a brilliant performance and a great comeback from the game in midweek," he said.
"Some of the football we played at times was brilliant, and I think I was praying with everyone else for Popey when he had that chance. Tom has run his socks off today and I have said to him if he keeps working hard he will get the breaks. It was a great team performance, I am obviously disappointed with their goal, we should have been out of sight but to be fair I think we won at a canter today.
"I am just happy that we came back from a dismal performance in midweek, and if we carry on and try and play, pass and get balls into the box like we did today then I will be happy," Ronnie added.
"We said before the game can we start the way we finished on Tuesday night, and luckily for us we did, We got the goals, got the points and now we have a big tough derby game to come against Chesterfield on Tuesday and we are all looking forward to it."
