"We have shown over the last month that we are ready to play against the top teams in this division, he said. "In difficult conditions the players were outstanding from start to finish. We could have had more goals and I am disappointed with the way we conceded, but overall it was a good display"
Robins continued: "Reuben Reid, Ryan Taylor and Mark Burchill all played a major part today. We pushed Ryan up front and he earned the penalty, scored a great goal and overall he was outstanding. Reuben held his man off, turned and scored with a great finish into the bottom corner and on the whole we fully deserved the win'
He went on to say: "Everybody played their part today. In midfield Mark Hudson and Micky Cummins have been in great form over the last couple of months, and Danny came in today and played well. The back four and Andy Warrington have been solid in difficult conditions and against a very strong team,"
On the injury to Drew Broughton which saw the Millers playing with 10 men for a 10 minute period he said: "We have had a couple of bad head injuries over the last couple of games. Drewe has two cuts, one to the crown of his head and another to the back of his ear. He has been in the wars but hopefully he will be back for the game on Tuesday night."
