"Its given the dressing room a bit of relief and hopefully that will breed belief. I think thats all that's been missing, you go the season without winning many games, and it gets to you, and you get a losing mentality and i think this has shown the players that they can win, and against a very good team."
"Second half we played better, and better then them, although the wind had a lot to do with it, you could'nt feel it much on the touchline but the players came in and said it was unbelieveably strong, so we thought second half lets take the game to them and changed the formation a bit. I thought we got our just rewards in the end."
"We've worked on getting closer to their players, Sidwell is probably the best midfielder outside of the premiership so we felt we had to get close to him and get tackles in, first half we frustrated them and second we took it to them."
"We have QPR on Saturday, so there's no point in winning tonight if we can't put in a performance on Saturday."

"Obviously, everyone was delighted but I saw a quote from Martin Allen (Brentford manager) in which he said we don't pop pills when we lose and we don't pop champagne when we win. It's kind of true but I've been close to popping them pills, I've looked in the cabinet and thought about it but stopped myself."
