Speaking to www.themillers.co.uk, he explained; "I'm very frustrated to lose to a set piece goal and there wasn't very much between the two teams.
"Confidence is a state of mind and if people believe they are not going to score they won't. We are still there in with a shout but it wasn't good enough.
"Collectively we are a bit down - we have to get people's heads up and not focus on the defeat. The strikers belief in front of goal should be there, we have to find something infront of goal though in respect of others regards scoring chances.
"Jamie Green did well when he came on, he's waited for his chance and now it's time to look at players for the future with Paul Hurst going to Burton on loan for a month, Ian Sharps was missing through illness.
"Now it's time to knuckle down and for me to get the best out of the players as I can possibly do , we don't want to be looking over our shoulders and see all our hard work slip away."
