Ronnies Reaction - Millwall

"We should have won this game, no doubt about it. We've had enough decent chances today, and I dont mean half-chances. But credit to the lads, they've come from behind, the crowd's got behind them and the atmosphere was good. It was a bit like it has been here for some time."

"The crowd fans have been brilliant to me to be fair, I think they realise that it's a difficult job to try and get players in, especially strikers! But they've backed me for the 7 years that I've been at the club which is great, but today we've gone out and tried to win the game that was the big thing."

"Burchill was nice and lively, he tired towards the end, but thats expected as he hasnt had many games at Portsmouth, the thing is about himat least he put's shots on target and made the keeper work, Richie was unfortunate he was in the offside decision and come back when he put it in the net, the chance that Warney had came from Burchill, if he had hit the target then we could have taken the lead early in the second half."

"I thought we should have had a penaty in injury time when Rob Scott had his shirt pulled off his back, but even so Swaz had a great chance to win it on the back post, but unfortunatley for us it didnt happen today."

"Polly's made two great saves from one on ones in both halfs, but I thougt for our endevour and the balls in the box and our workrate, if we had got nothing out of the game it would have been dissapointing for everybody."

"The game died off, but its hard to play at the tempo we set first half, but we needed that goal to go in, if it goes in then we would have been 1-0 up and the tempos there and everybodys up for it. It was nice for the crowd to show thier appreiciation to Jody Morris because he did a great job while he was here."

"Today was a good point, mainly because we didnt give up, 10 minutes to go we were a goal down but the fighting spirit was there and they went for it, we cant fault that."

Gilly - Injured.

"But we have problems for Tuesday, Chris Swailes wont be here as his father died last week and he will be at the funeral, Gilly has a hamstring problem and that will rule him out. So we're a little bit short at the back. John Mullin came off hes another doubt for Tuesday but we have midfielders, it give's Rob Scott and Shaun Barker a chance for a game."

"Crewe is a game we have to win, I set 4 points out of these two games, we did enough today to win the game, hopefully we will go on and get the three points on Tuesday."
