"Without a doubt it's 2 points lost, we made some poor errors defensively and allowed a side that are always good going forward back into the game. We conceded goals after we went 2 up twice and that gives the other team a chance and we made a mistake early in the second half and we're level again." Scott told Radio Sheffield.
"But it could have been seven or eight, who knows how many? it was an entertaining game but not the sort of entertainment I enjoy too much after being 3-1 up."
"I thought we were very very good from set peices and free kicks etc but from open play we allowed them too much time on the ball in certain areas and they exploited that and it cost us in the end."
"We were getting balls in the box at the end but we just needed that bit of fizz about us in the last ten minutes that we didnt have, we were getting the ball upto the front two pretty well but we just needed them to join in a little bit quicker but we've had 2 tough away games with long journeys and the same team played both games and they felt it in the legs a little bit at the end of it."
"We're so close to being an outstanding side and I think everybody can see that, we need to improve in the areas where we're lacking and if we do that then we will be a real presence in this league and anybody who has seen this game today will admit that."
"We are pretty good going forward and we've got goalscorers coming from all angles, but when we're on top we've got to stay on top and thats as a group, we're not pointing fingers, we're making sure that as a team we're organised. But they're a great set of lads and very very honest, they work ever so hard and a pleasure to train. We just trying to get a more ruthless streak in them so they can effect each other on the pitch. It's not a natural thing to most players but if they can get that little edge and make sure that we do it between ourselves on the pitch there will be no stopping us." Scott added.
"We've only lost one in nine but we're frustrated and disappointed that we have got an extra four points which we should have done. Being on 22 points after 9 games would have been a fantastic return and a big boost for us, however we will learn from that and understand where we've gone wrong but we've still got to take the positives from it."
"Lewis (Grabban) is a good player, I said all along I was I was really really keen in getting him in. I've got faith in him, I've took him to Brentford twice and I've brought him up here. He just needs to play regulary and up front. His goals will speak for themselves, his link up with Alex is getting better and we've got the wide players to give him the service."
"I love watching teams get forward as quickly as we do and put teams under pressure and show thier honesty. Lewis is reaping the rewards of that and Alex's goals will come. Everybodies chipping in really well, I'm delighted for them and we've just got to keep doing it."
"It's about creating an unbeaten run, course you want to win games and of course its frustrating drawing games when you've been ahead like the last two games but we need to make sure when we play Southend next week that we win the game. If we do then the last 2 games and the 2 points will be a good return."
"The longer we go unbeaten then the harder we will make it for teams to beat us then the belief will grow and the confidence in our ability to turn the draws into wins further down the line."
