The two promotion chasers played out an entertaining 0-0 at DVS, but Moore felt his side should have nicked it after second half chances went begging.
He said afterwards: "I think we deserved to win the game.
"To be fair I think they had the best chance of the game when their centre half has put it wide, but we have had a lot of chances. We didn't seem to get the break but we worked hard, chased everything but couldn't get the icing on the cake. The players are not sure if the ball was over the line in the first half, we could have done with the lino from Bradford," he joked.
"I cannot complain, we needed that luck, especially when Lawsy went through on goal but the bounce on the pitch has cost us."
Ryan Cresswell returned to partner Johnny Mullins with Nick Fenton missing through injury, Moore adding: It was great to see him back and he could have scored.
"He has had a real go at it and nearly got his head kicked off by the 'keeper. It was great to get him through the game because he was cramping up with 20 minutes to go, but we took no notice of him and left him out there. The 90 minutes is what he needed and he has got through it really well. I thought Johnny Mullins was absolutely fantastic alongside him and was man-of-the-match by a mile, I think the sponsors gave it Tonguey but he should give the bubbly to John to be fair."
Moore confirmed Fenton's absence and continued: "He has a thigh strain. He had a fitness test before the game and failed it. He should be fine for next week but we will monitor it and if not we might have to bring a centre back in."
Ronnie was also asked about Omar Daley and concluded: "Yes we want to keep him, into next season too and we're trying to do something about that and I'll speak to Peter Jackson."
